I've been using Chrome for over a decade,and so does everybody as it's the only browser that I know of that has withstood the test of time. There are so many extensions available for Chrome, you can find one for almost anything and if you're a student, there are some great ones out there.Let's dive into some of my favorites:Which are best chrome extensions for students

Strict Workflow

Strict Workflow is a free Chrome extension that will help you stay productive. When you install it, the extension will create a to-do list with priorities. You can also set a time limit for each task and get notifications when you're close to your time limit. 

The best part of Strict Workflow is that it blocks distracting websites during your working hours and social media sites on weekends.

Momentum

Momentum is a powerful Chrome extension that keeps you productive by helping you get rid of distractions. It provides some common autocomplete actions, such as auto-close tabs and auto-hide tabs, but most importantly it allows you to customize your own keyboard shortcuts for these commands.

You can also set up new tabs so that they open in the background or foreground and on either side of your current tab (left, top or bottom). This means that if there are multiple pages open in the same tab, Momentum will make sure each one is opened in a different location so it's easier for your eyes to focus on what's important at any given moment.

Google Docs Offline

If you use Google Docs and don't want to be limited by internet access, this extension is for you. The Google Docs Offline Chrome extension allows users with a Google account to create, edit, and share documents even when they're offline.

This means that if your laptop crashes or the battery dies while traveling on a train or plane and there's no WiFi around, or if your internet connection goes down at home, the app will still allow you to create new documents without any problems. 

It also works with other Google apps like Sheets and Slides so that students can collaborate on projects without having constant access to Internet-based programs

Todoist

Todoist is a task management app that's available on all major platforms, so you can use it to manage your tasks, projects and deadlines from any device.

This app has a number of features that make it great for students :

It allows you to share lists with friends and family so you can collaborate on homework assignments. You can also add reminders to tasks if what needs doing isn't immediately obvious when creating them the reminder will pop up at whatever time you set it for. 

Finally, Todoist lets users set due dates for their tasks and adjust their priority levels as needed.

Pushbullet

Pushbullet is a free Chrome extension that lets you send links, photos, files, and more to your phone or tablet. It's available on the Chrome Web Store and it's free. They also have a paid version that offers more features.

StayFocusd

Checker Plus allows you to manage your inbox by highlighting important emails and allowing you to set reminders, snooze emails, add labels, and much more. 

You can also use it as an email tracker or even create a quick template for future messages so that you don't have to waste time writing out long emails over again every time!

Conclusion

These are  some of my favourite Chrome extensions. The majority of these extensions will make your Chrome browser more convenient and manageable ,but there's a couple here that will make you more productive. Whatever your needs, there's something for everyone!
